Did you know your dreams can help you on your path to fulfilling your life purpose? I have been interpreting my dreams for about 15 years, and have been amazed what they have taught me. I will be teaching an online Dream Interpretation Course in February, so I want to share with you a little about dreams.
Dreams are messages from your subconscious mind, revealing the truth about your daily thoughts and attitudes. Every person, place and thing in your dream represents an aspect of you, the dreamer. If you are fighting with a person in your dream, this shows you are out of harmony with that part of yourself. Dreams are a great resource to measure where we are in terms of fulfilling our life purpose. Our life purpose involves learning our lessons, and developing and offering our talents to the world. If we dream of challenges and are fighting with people, that shows we are not mastering some type of life lesson. If we have a harmonious interaction in a dream with a person who displays a talent that we are wanting to develop, then it shows we are on track with that aspect of our life purpose.
Tune in tomorrow and and I will share a current dream I had and how it relates to my life purpose.
Good morning. Here is the dream I promised to write: I was in the process of moving into a new house. It was very big and open. The sunlight was pouring in from the large windows. I was concerned that the bedroom wouldn't have enough privacy since it was a loft with no doors. Then I left to go back to the old house to get more stuff out. I was shocked at how much stuff was still there and concerned I wouldn't have enough time to get it all out. I saw an old landlord of mine and he was mad I hadn't moved all my stuff out of the old house. He said he was going to charge me extra money. I was so mad at him. I couldn't believe he was being so hard on me.
Interpretation: This dream shows I am opening up to a new way of thinking that I like. This new way of thinking involves me being more open and honest, and this is a little scary for me. My old way of thinking was cluttered and holds onto the past. In the past I was hard on myself, and I realized I don't like it when I am like this. I realize I need to be easier on myself. This dream helped me to see that I am expanding my way of thinking as I delve into new forms of creativity. It helped me to see that I am not on track with my life purpose when I am too hard and inflexible with myself.
